Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom tie the knot

Congratulations to Lamar and Khloe Odom getting married yesterday in front of a star studded 250 guests. Despite dating for only 3 weeks they have officially tied the knot and I am so happy for them. The wedding was rumored to be around $1 million, but I was told that E! payed for everything and of course they filmed everything. I wish someone would pay for my wedding when I get married. Some people believe that the marriage is only for publicity, but I do believe that they got married because they fell in love. I don't really see Lamar Odom as that type of guy looking for publicity, hell he plays for the Lakers. I'm also happy that Khloe has found a man that she can trust and that she doesn't think is as she says 'full of shit'.

Hell who would ave thought that Khloe Kardashian was going to get married before Kim or Kourtney; shocking huh. I guess her mom will finally be off of her back and hop on someone else' back about marriage.

Anyways the guest list for the party was star studded. It looked like an award show, I guess that's what happens when two celebs get married. The guest list included Kobe and Vanessa Bryant, Derek Fisher, Lala Vasquez, Luke Walton, Ron Artest, Baron Davis, Phil Nickelson, Suger Ray Leonard, Babyface, Kenny Smith, and others.

I only wish Khloe and Lamar the best and hope that it lasts longer than anyone expects it to. I just hope Khloe isn't bad luck and the Lakers start losing this season. GO LAKERS!!!!

NFL News

It's the end of another week in football, only one more week before the first quarter of the NFL season is over. Week 3 has had some very interesting games and plays, including some more injury reports to add on the already long list:

Michael Vick has finally been reinstated in the NFL and yesterday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs has made it official. Vick was on the field for 11 plays, which included 7 handoffs for 30 yards.

"I think I played fairly well. I made good decisions with the plays I had. I missed one ball across the middle. I think I could have hit that. i have to make sure I keep my arm warm on the sideline so when I go in there I am not cold. My focus was to be smart and not turn the ball over." Vick stated after the game.

Just to see Vick's face yesterday, he looked like a kid in a candy store. I'm happy that he's back and unlike Pacman Jones, we know he will stay out of trouble. Also the Eagles did win against the Chiefs 34-14 and Kolb actually didn't suck this week. The Eagles are on a bye week for week 4 and McNabb will most likely be back for week 5.

Rookie Mark Sanchez is killing it in New York right now. He helped lead the Jets to another victory making them 3-0. Sanchez threw for two touchdown passes in a 24-17 victory against over the Titans. Sanchez has become the first rookie QB to start a season and win his first three games. Sadly the Titans being the best team last season has not even won a single game this season yet. I think this is the time that Coach Fisher needs to put Vince Young back in, just saying.

At least being 0-3 is better than losing against the worst team in the NFL. The Detroit Lions has finally won their first game since 2007, beating the Redskins 19-14. Sadly Detroit fans in Detroit couldn't watch the game and see their team win since they had a BLACKOUT! That's what they get for not having confidence in their team and going to see them play. So Congrats to all the Lions fans that went to the game and saw rookie Matt Stafford lead your team to your first victory since 2007.

Redskins head coach Jim Zorn should be lucky that if they fired him right now, they are losing coaches for three positions. But, it's not all Zorn's fault, it really isn't; you have to look at the GM also, he just buys players not giving the team chance to have chemistry. Unlike basketball, football you really need chemistry to win games and the Redskins has none. Also Campbell is not ready to be a starting QB, he's a good player but he's just not ready. Hopefully they could recuperate next week.

Shout out to Brett Favre with that last second touchdown throw to Greg Lewis. It was the best play of the week I must say. That touchdown helped the Vikings beat the 49ers 27-24, making the Vikings another undefeated team right now. Also in the game, Favre went in for a block, who would have thought he would do that now a days as old as he is. I think Favre with the Vikings is a really good look for him right now. Just wish it happened last season and earlier instead making all of us wait. PUNK!

Here is the remainder of the scores from Sunday:
  • Packers 36, Rams 17
  • Patriots 26, Falcons 10
  • Lions 19, Redskins 14
  • Vikings 27, 42ers 24
  • Jets 24, Titans 17
  • Eagles 34, Chiefs 14
  • Giants 24, Buccaneers 0
  • Ravens 34, Browns 3
  • Jaguars 31, Texans 24
  • Saints 27, Bills 7
  • Bears 25, Seahawks 19
  • Chargers 23, Dolphins 13
  • Bengals 23, Steelers 20
  • Broncos 23, Raiders 3
  • Colts 31, Cardinals 10

***Monday Night Panthers @ Cowboys 8:30 PM on ESPN

Detroit Lions Win First Game Since 2007

The Detroit Lions has finally won their first game since 2007 today against the Washington Redskins 19-14. Congrats to all the Lions fans and so sad to all the Redskins fans. Being a Redskins fan, I am very dissapointed in them right now, how do you lose against the worst team in the NFL?

If I was the coach of that team, forget your day off, I will work each player until they cant be worked anymore. They are so whack right now, the Redskins should have went for Jay Cutler instead of keeping Jason Cambell. Cambell has not done anything in the past seasons he has been here to impress me or to even keep him on the team. The running backs haven't even done crap neither, I mean what happened to the old Clinton Portis? The one that would rush threw anything, he need to come back ASAP. Lets not get started on the receivers; THEY SUCK! Redskins need taller receivers, well let me rephrase that, they need taller veteran receivers. When Plaxico Burress comes back, don't hesitate just sign him.

I can't really say anything about the defense but, HOW THE HELL DO YOU LET THE LIONS SCORE ON YOU? You guys just paid so much money for Albert Haynesworth, what you thought he could only make the defense better? I think not, it takes the whole defense to make plays not just one player. PUNK! Yall lucky I aint the GM cause if I was, coach Zorn bye, offensive coordinator bye, defensive coordinator on thin ice. I would be cutting players from left to right and bringing in new players. UGH Redskins yall just make me sick.

Anyways, congrats to the Lions winning their first game since 2007. Congrats to Matthew Stafford for winning his first game in the NFL. Now Lions fan can say that they wont be defeated two years in a row. I know in Detroit they are celebrating like they won the Super Bowl.lol.

***Redskins are officially off my favorite teams list until further notice.

College Football

It's the end of another college football week and the standing has changed yet again. Still on top is the Florida Gators of course winning yet again against University of Kentucky 47-7. On a scary note, Florida QB Tim Tebow, got a concussion in the 3rd quarter keeping him out for the rest of the game. This injury will result in a doctor allowing him to play instead of Tim or the coach saying it's okay; but Gator fans no need to worry because your next game is not until 2 weeks, so Tim has enough time to get better.
