NFL News

First off it's Brett Favre not Bret Farve; people check your spelling. Anyways, Favre has signed a two year $25 million contract. He will be getting $12 million this season and $13 million next season. but the bad thing about this whole ordeal is that the Vikings has stated that they will be trading Tarvaris Jackson before the beginning of regular season. I think they will definitely regret letting Jackson go after Favre is a flook or when he's gone and they don't have a back up.

Denver Broncos wide receiver Brandon Marshall says that he does not trust the Broncos management. He said he has no problem working with scout team while he plays to get back to Pro Bowl form. What is really bothering him is the way the Broncos handled his acquittal on misdemeanor charges last Friday. In his comment on the matter, he said after Wednesday mourning's practice that he was disappointed a member of the team's public relations staff told his teammates not to gloat over his acquittal in an Atlanta courtroom. Marshall, who wants to get traded or a new contract, also said the directive has fostered distrust between him and the team. I just hope this whole situation doesn't turn out as bad as it already has.

Buffalo Bills receiver Terrell Owens will be sitting out until next week because of a sprained toe injury. According to the Bills head coach Dick Jauron, T.O. isn't expected to come back until sometimes next week. I don't think it's that serious personally, I just think T.O. doesn't feel like practicing so this is his excuse for right now until the season starts. But, I guess we will have to see until when the season starts how good he really is.

The Miami Dolphins has a new fight song, well a remake of the original fight song. The new one is sung by T-Pain and can I say being form Miami I hate it. During the first preseason game and the Dolphins first touchdown, they played the new song and the crowd started booing like crazy. First off T-Pain isn't even from Miami so why is doing our fight song, second if you are going to remake a song, make it better not worse than the other. One thing I love about Miami, when we hate something, Miami knows to change it real quick.

More NFL news on the way.
